Ingredients:  
1 750g package frozen French Cut green beans
2 796ml can of diced tomatoes with Italian style herbs
1 stalk of celery, cut into 1/8 inch slices
1 large onion
3-4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp organo
2 tbsp basil,
salt & pepper to taste
1/3 cup beef or chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cut onion into quarters then slice lengthwise into pieces. Mix broth, onions and garlic in large frying pan and saute until onions start to caramelize. Add tomatoes, salt and pepper, basil and oregano and cook until bubbling. Then, add frozen beans and cover until beans are tender, about 15 minutes. Simmer and taste-- add more seasoning if needed.
