• 4 eggs
• 1 ¾ cups granulated sugar
• 4 oz unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled slightly
• ½ cup cooking oil
• 2 teas baking powder
• 2 teas vanilla
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 2/3 cup powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1) In a large bowl, combine eggs, granulated sugar, melted chocolate, oil, baking powder and vanilla
2) Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until combined, scraping side of the bowl occasionally
3) Gradually beat in as much of the flour as you can with the mixer
4) Using a wooden spoon, stir in any remaining flour
5) Divide dough in half
6) Cover and chill 2-24 hours or until dough is easy to handle
7) Preheat oven to 375 degrees
8) Lightly grease a large cookie sheet
9) Place powdered sugar in a small bowl
10) Shape one portion of the dough into ½ inch or 1 inch balls
11) Roll balls in powdered sugar to coat generously
12) Place balls 1 inch apart on baking sheet
13) Bake small ½ inch cookies about 8 minutes or until edges are set and tops are dry; bake large 1 inch cookies about 10 minutes or until edges are set and tops are dry
14) Do not overbake cookies
15) Transfer cookies to a wire rack and let cool
16) Layer cookies on waxed paper and store in an airtight container
