FILLING
• ½ stick salt butter
• 1-quart milk
• 4 eggs
• 2 ½ cups sugar
• ½ load stale poor boy bread – sliced 1”
• ¾ cup raisins (can omit)
• 1 Tbsp vanilla flavoring
• ¼ tsp mace
TOPPING
• ½ cup whipping cream or sour cream
• 1/3 cup sugar
• ½ stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 375 degrees
2) Spread soft butter over 12” round baking pan
3) Mix eggs, sugar, milk, vanilla, mace; stir in raisins
4) Add bread and allow to soak 10 minutes
5) Then pour into buttered pan
6) Bake at 375 degrees until pudding is almost firm
7) Remove from oven
8) Increase temperature to 425 degrees
9) Carefully pour liquid whipping cream over top; sprinkle with sugar and dot with butter
10) Bake 10 – 15 minutes more to allow cream to set
