Cake:
4 large eggs
2 cups sugar
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teas baking powder
Ό teas salt
1 cup milk
½ cup unsalted butter
1 teas vanilla extract

Icing:
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 cup cream or small can Pet milk
• ½ cup sugar (caramelized)
• 3 Tbsp butter
• 1 teas vanilla
• 1 egg white – stiffly beaten

Cake:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Butter and flour a 13” x 9” cake pan
3. Beat eggs until thick, then gradually add sugar
4. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt and slowly blend into egg mixture
5. Combine milk and butter in saucepan over medium heat
6. When milk mixture reaches boiling point, stir rapidly into egg mixture and add vanilla
7. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake 30 to 35 minutes, or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
8. Allow cake to cool

Icing:
1. Cook first 4 ingredients until firm ball forms (see steps 2 – 3)
2. Get 2 cups sugar, Pet milk and butter to boiling, then add caramelized sugar
3. To caramelize sugar, don’t stir
4. Remove from heat
5. Add vanilla and pour over stiffly beaten egg white
6. Continue beating until of spreading consistency
