Ingredients:  
• 1 pound ground beef
• ½ cup chopped onion
• ¼ cup butter
• 2 Tbsp flour
• 1 can cream of mushroom
• 1 can cream of chicken
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 tsp salt
• ¼ tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1) Sauté chopped onion in butter
2) In a separate pan, brown ground beef, drain and add to onion
3) Toss in flour, salt, pepper and both soups
4) Simmer 15-20 minutes
5) Add sour cream and simmer another 10-15 minutes to let the flavors come together
6) Serve hot over egg noodles or rice
