Ingredients:  
• 2/3 cup long grain rice
• 2/3 cup thin spaghetti, broken
• 1/3 cup olive oil
• 3 cups chicken broth (2 soup cans)
• 1 cup broccoli florets
• ¼ teas thyme, crushed
• 1 cup cooked chicken, julienned
• ½ cup scallions, sliced
• ¼ cup chopped walnuts
• ¼ cup sliced peppers (red or green)

Directions:
Directions:
1) In saucepan, sauté rice and spaghetti in olive oil until golden (about 5 minutes)
2) Add chicken broth, broccoli, thyme and bring to a boil.
3) Add slices of chicken, shallots and walnuts.
4) Cook 15 minutes.
