lb cooked, boneless, skinless chicken breast, finely chopped
1-8oz pkg of softened cream cheese
1 cup shredded Mexican style cheese
1 can Original Ro-tel tomatoes
1 tsp. garlic powder
tsp chili powder

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese, 1 cup shredded cheese, Ro-tel tomatoes and seasonings until well blended. Stir in chopped chicken. Spread into a 9 pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until dip is lightly browned and heated through. Sprinkle remaining cup shredded cheese on top. Let stand for 10 minutes. Serve with crackers or hearty tortilla chips. (this is a thick dip)
