• 1 pint oysters

Directions:
Directions:
1. Wash and cook oysters until they are wrinkled. Meanwhile, make medium thick white sauce (look up desired recipe).
2. In a casserole dish, alternate layers of cracker crumbs, white sauce, oysters, and butter. Crackers may be dampened with oyster juice.
3. Run in oven and bake until bubbly. If desired, a little cheese may be sprinkled over the top.
