• ½ stick margarine
• 1 medium onion, chopped fine (or 2 Tbsp dried onion)
• 1 cup rice, uncooked
• 1 small can mushrooms (optional)
• 2 cans beef broth

Directions:
Directions:
1. Melt margarine in a casserole dish. Add onion, mushrooms, rice, and beef broth.
2. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
