Ingredients:  
• 7-8 medium potatoes (cooked in skin, cooled and shredded)
• ½ stick butter or margarine
• 2 cups sour cream
• 2 Tbsp butter
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• 1/3 cup onions, chopped fine
• 2 cups grated cheese
• 2 Tbsp butter
• Bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
1) Heat soup with butter or margarine.
2) Blend in sour cream.
3) In a large bowl, alternate potatoes, onions, cheese and soup mixture; mix lightly
4) Turn into buttered 9 x 13 in casserole dish
5) Top with 2 Tbsp butter to bread crumbs
6) Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes
