Ingredients:  
• 6 stalks celery, chopped fine
• 1 large onion, chopped fine
• 8 oz can mushrooms, chopped fine
• 2 10-oz pkg frozen chopped broccoli
• 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
• 2 rolls garlic cheese*
• 1 stick margarine

Directions:
Directions:
1. Saute celery, onion, and mushrooms in margarine until soft. Cook broccoli as package directs and drain well. Add soup and broccoli to celery mixture and mix well.
2. Add cheese, heat until melted. Serve warm in chafing dish or crock pot. Provide various chips for dipping.
*Garlic cheese is no longer available. Substitute 12 oz Velveeta and add ½ to 1 teas garlic powder.
