Ingredients:
Ingredients:
24 small new potatoes
1 cup light brown sugar
1 cup unsalted butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes in salted, boiling water (unpeeled) for 15-20 minutes. Do not overcook. Cool, then peel. Melt sugar and butter in heavy skillet or in electric frying pan, stirring constantly so that it does not burn. When it begins to thicken, add the potatoes and roll around so that they become coated with the caramel. A spoon may be needed to be used to roll the potatoes around and half coat them. This is a most unusual recipe and flavor.
