9” or 10” pie plate
1 cup flour
¼ cup brown sugar
3 tbsp cocoa
½ cup cold butter
2 tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla.

1. Combine flour, brown sugar, cocoa. Cut the cold butter into pieces, blend into flour mixture until coarse, using pastry blender, 2 knives or a food processor. Add mixture and combine until just blended. Pat dough into pie plate and crimp edges.
 

Filling & Fudge Glaze


Ingredients:

3 eggs
1 cup brown sugar
⅓ cup melted butter
½ tsp vanilla
1 cup toasted pecan halves
1 tbsp butter
1 cup chocolate chips
2 tbsp brandy

Directions:
Directions:
1. For the filling, beat eggs well, stir the brown sugar into the eggs. Stir the melted butter and vanilla into mixture. Spread pecans in the bottom of the pie shell, pour filling over the pecans. Bake for 15 minutes then reduce heat to 350ºf and bake an additional 30 minutes. Let cool to room temperature, then top with fudge glaze.

2. To make the glaze: melt the butter over hot water. In the same pan, melt, then cool slightly. Gently stir into butter/chocolate mixture. Spread glaze over pie
