1 tsp baking soda
2 TBsp flour
1/2 stick butter or margarine

Directions:
Mix cottage cheese and baking soda together and let it drain thru a sieve/colander for a while (about 15 minutes or so). Next add the flour and stir and let that sit for another 15 minutes or so. Get a fry pan hot and add butter/margarine. Once it's melted, add the cottage cheese mixture. Over low heat, heat until cheese is melted, stirring constantly. Eat on bread while warm but stores well in Tupperware bowl. Caraway seeds can be added.
