1 can pie filling (blueberry, cherry, etc.)
1 box Nabisco vanilla wafers
3 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese
1½ c. granulated sugar
½ tsp. vanilla
dash salt
4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, salt and eggs. Place a vanilla wafer in the bottom of the foil midget. Fill half full with the cream cheese mixture. Place the filled foil midget on a cookie sheet. Bake in the oven at 350º fr 15 minutes. Cool. Top with filling of your choice. Refrigerate.
Makes 60 mini cheese cakes.
