1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
2 small ripe bananas, peeled, sliced and frozen
1 tbsp. sugar (optional)

Directions:
If using fresh berries, freeze them. In a blender container or food processor bowl, place cottage cheese. Cover and blend or process till smooth. Add berries, bananas, and sugar. Cover and blend or process till smooth, scraping down sides of blender container or food processor bowl occasionally. Cover and chill till serving time.
