1 3/4 cups sugar
3/4cup butter
3/4 cup sour cream
3 egg yolks-beaten
1 1/4 cups crushed bananas
2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
1 cup nuts (optional)
3 eggs whites well beaten

Directions:
Directions:
cream sugar, butter and sour cream. Add beaten egg yolks, bananas and dry ingredients. Fold in nuts (if desired) and lastly fold in beaten egg whites. Grease and flour 2 layer pans or 13 x 9 cake pan. Bake 325º for 40 minutes. Frost with desired frosting.
