5 gallon water
5 lb sugar
1 can malt extract
1 envelope yeast

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve sugar into warm water.
Add malt extract.
Add yeast and stir.
Water must be lukewarm and be kept at 60 for 3 days; up to a week.
Test with hydrometer.
Bottle and cap.
