Ingredients:  
1 cup unsalted butter softened to room temperature
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup sugar
2 cup flour
1 cup chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together butter and vanilla. Gradually beat in sugar. Stir in flour and chocolate chips.

Press evenly into engrossed cookie sheet and bake at 375 for 25 minutes, Shield the four edges with foil strips so they don't over brown.

Allow to cool in pan and then break into pieces.
