Ingredients:
1 pkg. Cream Cheese softened
2 C cold milk
1 large package vanilla Jell-O instant pudding, sugar free
1 Tub Cool Whip whipped topping
Nilla Wafers
Chocolate Sauce for drizzling

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese in large bowl until creamy. Gradually beat in milk. Add dry pudding mix. Beat two minutes. Gently stir in Cool Whip.
Line loaf pan with plastic wrap. Arrange wafers, top side down, on bottom of pan. Cover with pudding mixture, repeating layers. Top with additional waffers. Refrigerate 3 hours or so until it doesn't jiggle ;) Invert dessert onto plate. Remove plastic wrap and drizzle with chocolate syrup for pretty topping.

This can also be a chocolate recipe just substitute the vanilla pudding with sugar free chocolate and garnish with caramel sauce or microwaved peanut butter until it runs like sauce.

This can also be used for Christmas as an Eggnog version. Use vanilla flavor pudding and add 1/2 tsp rum extract and 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg into the prepared pudding. Yum!
