1 Puff Pastry Dough Sheet, defrosted.
1½ c. duck sauce
1/3 c. ketchup
1 tbsp mustard
1 red onion, diced.
2 packs of Pastrami
1 packs of Turkey Roll
(you can use any of your favorite cold cuts)
Directions:
Directions:
Saute the purple onion.
Combine the duck sauce, ketchup, and mustard.
Roll out the sheet of dough into a large rectangle. (Be sure to lengthen it, rather than widen it). You can use a little flour if it is too sticky.
Spread the sauce over the dough
Lay a row of Pastrami, a row of turkey and another row of pastrami, leaving a little room around the edges.
Roll up the deli roll
Egg it and drizzle some sesame seeds
Bake on 350º until golden
