Eggs benedict Recipe

package of English muffins
6 eggs
3 Tablespoon butter
3 Tablespoon flour
dash pepper
3/4 teas salt
1/2 teas mustard powder
1 1/2 cup milk
1 cup shredded American cheese

In medium pot, melt butter, then with whip stir in flour, pepper
salt and mustard. Stir in milk and cook mixture till thickened.
Add cheese till melted.
Preheat oven to 300 Pour half mixture in greased pan
glass break egg into pan one at a time and pour rest
of cheese mix over the top of eggs.

Bake for 20 minutes
toast muffins and put egg mixture on top
