3 1/3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. nutmeg
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. vegetable oil
2 c. canned pumpkin
3 c. sugar
nuts (optional

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first five ingredients together and set aside.

Combine beaten eggs, oil, pumpkin and sugar. Add to dry ingredients. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Makes 2 loaves.
