1 package fresh spinach, washed and broken in small pieces
1 can (8 oz.) sliced water chestnuts
1/2 lb. fresh bean spouts, if desired
1/2 lb. bacon - fried crisp and crumbled

DRESSING

3/4 c. granulated sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
1/3 c. ketchup
1/4 c. vinegar
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 small onion, grated

Directions:

Mix all salad ingredients.

Mix dressing ingredients. Keep refrigerated. Let warm to room temperature before using.
