10 oz package of frozen chopped spinach-cooking in microwave 5 minutes squeeze until dry
2-13 3/4 oz cans artichoke heart, drained and chopped in food processor
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 sour cream
1/1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
1 cup grated pepper jack cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven 350º. Grease a 2 quart casserole dish.
Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl stir sell. Place in prepared casserole dish and bake for 30 minutes. Serve with bagel chips.
