3 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 t. soda
1 t. baking powder
Sift together. Cut in 1 c. shortening.
Beat together 2 eggs, 4 T. milk and 1 t. vanilla.
Mix all ingredients together and roll out on board. Cut into circles.

1 box raisins
¾ c. sugar
2 t. cornstarch
Cook raisins in water for 10 min. pour water off, but save. Chop up and add juice back to raisins. Add cornstarch. Cook until thick. Put filling on one circle, top with another circle. Seal with a fork. Bake at 350º for 10-12 min.
