1ST HALF

1 German Chocolate cake mix
3/4 c. (1 1/2 sticks) melted butter
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1 c. chopped pecans

2ND HALF

1 (14 oz.) package Kraft caramels
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1 6 oz bag chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together 1st half ingredients and put half of mixture in 13X9 pan. Bake for 6 minutes at 350º

In saucepan, cook and stir constantly 2nd half ingredients until caramels are melted. Pour over 1st layer. Sprinkle chocolate chips over this layer. Spread rest of 1st half over all. Bake for 15-18 minutes at 350º

Cool completely before cutting.
