Ingredients: Dip: 10 Jalapeno Peppers - fresh or canned 1 lb cheddar cheese grated 1 med. onion 3 cloves garlic 2 c mayonnaise 1/8 tsp salt
Sandwiches: Loaf of hearty bread Bacon, fried crisp Apricot Preserves

Directions:Drain peppers if canned. Remove seeds. Finely chop peppers onion & garlic. Put pepper mixture, mayonnaise, salt & cheese in mixer bowl & mix at low speed. Turn to high to fluff. Chill overnnight. Take out of refrigerator 1 hour before serving.
For sandwiches
Slice bread. Spread half slices with cheese dip and half with apricot preserves. Put bacon between & enjoy |
