1 C. Milk
1/4 C. Sugar
1 t. Salt
1/4 C. Margarine
2 pkgs, Dry Yeast
1/2 C. Very warm water
2 Eggs Beaten
About 5 and 1/4 C. All purpose flour
Melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Scald milk; stir in sugar, salt, and margarine. Cool to lukewarm. Soften yeast in very warm water.
Add milk mixture, eggs, and 2 C. flour. Beat until smooth. Add enough remaining flour to make a soft dough.Turn dough out on a lightly floured board and knead about 8-10 minutes or until smooth and elastic.

Place in a greased bowl, turning to grease top. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled in bulk. (about 30 minutes). Punch down.Turn dough out on a lightly floured board. Shape into crescent, parker house, cloverleaf, etc. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size.(about 30 minutes). Brush with melted butter.

Bake 400 for about 10 - 15 mins. Yield 2 1/2 to 4 dozen depending on shape.
