Ingredients:
The roasted veggies from the turkey roasting pan (roast 1 carrot, 2 medium onions and two stalks of celery in the Turkey roasting pan)
All of the turkey pan juices
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place the roasted veggies and pan juices in a pot on the stove, add salt, and bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer. Using your immersion blender, blend until smooth and thickened or throw it all in your food processor and whir it all up. Taste and add salt as needed. (mine looked rather orange, which is a bit odd for turkey gravy, but it tasted delicious!!)
