2 (16 oz) pkgs fresh cranberries
3 C sugar
1(6 oz) pkg red Jell-O
1 C boiling water
24 large type marshmallows
1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained (do not use fresh pineapple)
½ C chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
• Grind cranberries and mix with sugar, let stand for 30 minutes.
• Mix Jell-O with hot water
• Add marshmallows in hot Jell-O mixture.
• Combine Jell-O, cranberry mixture together and then add pineapple and chopped pecans.
• Let congeal in refrigerator at least 24 hours. Stir often so Jell-O doesn’t settle at the bottom.
• You can freeze this recipe or leave in fridge for up to 2 weeks.
