12 eggs, beat well
2-3/4 cup sugar - or more
4 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp salt
6 tbsp vanilla
4 cartons whipping cream
milk
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, flour and salt well. Add to beaten eggs and vanilla. Add whipping cream and mix. Add part of milk and stir. Pour into 1-1/2 gallon (6 quart) freezer - put in dash - finish filling with milk, to fill line of freezer container - about 2 inches from the top.

Freeze, adding rock salt as needed.
