1 medium cabbage, shredded
1 carrot, grated
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp salt
2 cups sugar
1 cup vinegar (cider)
1/4 cup water
1 tsp celery salt
1 tsp mustard seed

Directions:
Directions:
Toss cabbage, carrot, green pepper and onion together and let stand one hour. (and salt, after one hour, squeeze our moisture)

Combine remaining ingredients in sauce pan and bringto boiling.

Cool to luke warm and pour over cabbage mixture.

Stir until combined.

Spoon into covered containers and freeze until ready to serve.

Thaw one hour before serving.

Can be refrozen.
