Corned Beef

Sauce:
5 tbsp. ketchup
1 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp. mustard
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. oil
Directions:
Directions:
Boil corned beef in pot or cook in oven covered for 3 hours
After cooled, slice and lay in pan.
Combine all ingredients for sauce and pour over corned beef. Cover tightly.
Bake at 350º for an additional hour
