1 c oil
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 c sugar
1 c powdered sugar
1 c butter, room temperature
4 1/2 c all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Blend liquids and butter.
2. Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl.
3. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients.
4. Mix well.
5. Scoop out in teaspoons to cookie sheet.
6. Flatten with sugared glass bottom.
7. Bake at 375 for 12 minutes.

8. Don't let them get too brown.
