1 Tbsp Oil
2 C Rice
2 Mazola Tomato Bouillon Packets
2 Mazola Chicken Flavor Bouillon Packets
1/2 Tbsp Garlic Powder
Ground Cumin

Directions:
Directions:
In a large sauce pan heat oil on medium high for about a minute or 2. Add rice and stir keep stirring rice for a few minutes you want the rice to get a little brown. Make sure you keep stirring or it will burn. Add 4 cups of water then add garlic powder and bouillon packets and stir. Once it has started to boil turn down to simmer or just above low on your stove. Sprinkle cumin over the top and cover with lid. Follow the cooking instructions on the rice should be around 15-20 minutes.

This recipe was taught to my friend Tammy by a lady who spoke no English at all. My family loves this rice with my enchiladas. Also you could cut this recipe in half. You can use the bouillon cubes but the packets dissolve so much quicker.
