3 lbs stew meat
3 large sliced carrots
3/4 package creaming onion or sliced onions
1 (# 2 can) tomatoes or 1-8 oz can tomato sauce
3-4 large potatoes, diced or cubed
1/2 cup white wine (or other kind)
4 tsp minute tapioca
1 tsp brown sugar
1/2 cup dried herbed stuffing mix
1 bay leaf
1 (# 2 can) peas or green beans
1 can beef consome (you can use 3 bouillon cubes heated with 1 cup of water instead)
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Marinate meat in wine and onions for at least 12 hours in the refrigerator. Stir once or twice. Mix all ingredients and put in a 250 oven for 7 hours or more. You can also use a crock pot and cook all day or overnight. You can adjust the amount of meat you want and also add a little more water if you need to.
