2 lbs round steak
2 (8 oz) cans tomato sauce
1 medium onion, sliced
2 dashes hot sauce
1 Tblsp sugar
1 Tblsp vinegar
1 Tblsp Worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup flour
1 tsp salt and pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Coat meat with the flour and salt and pepper. Brown in oil on both sides. Add remaining ingredients, cover and bake in a 350 oven for 1-1/14 hours.
