1 tsp olive oil
1/2 cup yellow onion chopped
1/4 cup ketchup
1 Tblsp brown sugar
1 Tblsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Tblsp apple cider vinegar
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil and saute onion, add ketchup and brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar and cayenne pepper. Simmer 15 minutes until sauce thickens, turn off heat. Once cooled, puree in blender.

Note: You can double or triple this recipe to have enough sauce for the meat and for an extra serving bowl.
