1 package of 2 pie crusts
2 cups of cubed cooked chicken or turkey
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
2 T onion
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1/2 c milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Line bottom of pie plate with crust. In a skillet saute the chopped onion in a little butter until slightly soft. Set aside.
Mix together the chicken or turkey, mixed vegetables, onion, soup and milk. Pour into pie crust. Top with crust and crimp edges.
Poke holes in top crust and bake for 40 to 50 minutes.
Let stand for about 10 minutes once you remove from oven.
