Chipotle Crusted Pork Tenderloin Recipe

1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
3 T chipotle chile powder
1 1/2 tsp salt
4 T brown sugar
2 (3/4 pound each) pork tenderloins (or 1 pork loin)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat grill for medium-high heat.
Combine all spices in a large resealable plastic bag. Mix them well. Place tenderloins in bag and shake, coating meat evenly. Refrigerate for 10 to 15 minutes.
Lightly oil grill grate and arrange meat on grate. Cook for 20 mintues, turning meat every 5 minutes. Remove and let stand for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing.

Can also be cooked in the oven, following instructions on meat package.
