35 buds of garlic
10 green peppers, chopped
10 onions, chopped
10 quarts tomato juice
120 oz tomato paste
5 tsp pepper
7 1/2 tsp oregano
7 1/2 tsp paprika
10 tsp chili powder
4 tbsp salt
oil to saute
Italian seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil, add garlic, peppers and onions. Add tomato paste and tomato juice. Heat until almost boiling. Add spices. Cook about 15 minutes. Cold pack for 20 minutes.
