Ingredients:  
2 cups butter-4 sticks
2 2/3 cups sugar
6 tbsp water
2 tbsp corn syrup
2 cups chopped pecan
2 cups chopped pecans
1 cup finely chopped pecans
1 bag milk chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, add sugar, water and corn syrup. Cook over medium heat. Stir until hard crack stage (300)
Quickly stir in coarse nuts in to 2 13X9 pans at are well greased. Cool thoroughly. Turn out onto waxed paper and spread with half melted chocolate chips. Sprinkle with half pecans and cover with waxed papers and invert. Spread again with rest of the chocolate and sprinkle with nuts. Chill-break into pieces.
