1 cup (8 oz) Sour Cream
3 eggs, well beaten
2 deep dish pie crusts
1 cup cooked, ham, chopped up
1 bunch broccoli, cooked and drained
1 medium onion, sauteed in 1 table. margarine
2 cups extra sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425ºF
Mix sour cream and eggs
Add ham, broccoli, onion, and 1½ cups of cheese
Add salt and pepper to taste
Mix well
Pour evenly into two deep dish pie crusts
Sprinkle remaining cheese evenly on each one
Bake at 425ºF for 1 hour or until center is set and the top is golden brown
Cover edges of piecrust to prevent burning if needed
Let stand 30 minutes.
Freezes well.

You can adjust ingredients to your liking. DON'T OVERFILL THE PIE SHELLS OR IT WILL COOK OUT INTO YOUR OVEN AND BURN!
