1 - 1 lb can salmon, drained and flaked
1/4 cup drained pickle relish
1/4 cup finely cut celery
2 tbsp finely chopped onions
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup cornflake crumbs
1 tsp Accent

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except milk, cornflakes, and Accent. Roll into balls.

Dip balls in milk and roll in cornflakes and Accent mixture.

Place in shallow baking dish lined with foil. Bake at 350 degrees about 25 minutes.
