1 bottle (14 oz) ketchup
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup yellow mustard
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp molasses
1/2 medium onion,
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup canned cranberry sauce, jellied or whole berry,1/2 inch dice
1/2 tsp coarse salt, kosher or sea
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a heavy nonreactive saucepan and gradually bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring or whisking steadily to dissolve the bits of cranberry sauce. Gently simmer until thick and richly flavored, stirring often to prevent scorching, 15 to 20 minutes. Use right away or transfer to a large jar, cover, cool to room temperature, and refrigerate. The sauce will keep for several months. Makes 2 1/2 cups.
