3 Eggs
2 C. Zucchini, grated
3 tsp. Vanilla
2 C. sugar
1 C. Salad oil
3 C. Flour
1 tsp. Salt
½ tsp. Cinnamon
½ tsp. Baking powder
1 tsp. Soda
Raisin and/or nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs, sugar, zucchini, vanilla and oil, beating well. Then add remaining ingredients. Pour into two well greased loaf pans. Bake at 350º for 45-60 min.
