1 C. Milk (lukewarm)
1 pkg. Yeast
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Sugar
1 Egg
2 tbs. Shortening
2 to 2 C. Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Add yeast, salt, and sugar to lukewarm milk. Mix well and let stand for a while. Mix egg, shortening, and yeast mixture. Mix in flour. Let raise. Punch down & make rolls let raise. Heat oven to 375 Bake until golden brown ( about 25 min).
