6 tbls milk
2/3 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
1 cup miniature marshmallows

Directions:
Combine and boil sugar, butter and milk in saucepan for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and add the chocolate chips and marshmallows. Store until melted and smooth. Enough to frost a 9 X 13 cake pan. Double the recipe for a two layer cake. Can add nuts if desire. This tastes like my grandma’s fudge on a cake. She would make a yellow cake for this frosting.

I loved making this frosting but later found another frosting for your father. Chill a mixing bowl in the freezer. Add one pint of heavy whipping cream and about 2 tablespoons of powdered unsweetened cocoa (taste until you like it. Whip with whisk attachment and slowly add granulated sugar to taste sweet but not too sweet. This is a basic whipped cream frosting. Both are great!
