3 C. Flour
6 tsp. baking powder
¾ tsp. Salt
½ C. Shortening
1 C. plus ¼ C. Milk

Directions:

Mix altogether. Roll out and cut in rounds. Dough should be about 1/4" thick when you cut. Can also roll out thinner and put melted butter over dough and sprinkle Cinnamon and sugar on that and roll up like a jelly roll. Fold in ends cut pieces about 1/2" or 3/4" thick. Put in baking pan prepared with melted butter & brown sugar in bottom. Bake 400º for 15 min.
